The National Foundation for the Deaf is looking for a dynamic all-rounder who is keen to build their career in the social profit sector. You will work closely with the senior management team to achieve all fundraising and administrative objectives to a high quality and to given deadlines. You’ll be project-driven with excellent organisation skills – and not afraid to pick up the phone!
Phone and email communication with our supporters and members of the public – responding to information and guidance/advice requests
Donation processing and receipting
Completing the annual grant application schedule, and ensuring accountability reports are completed and submitted on time
Ensuring the donor database is consistently clean and accurate
Supporting national event planning and management
Keeping awareness of the Foundation’s work at a high level through social media and digital communications
Providing general administration and operational support to the senior management team
Exceptional time-management and organisational skills
General administration coordination experience
Marketing, fundraising or communications coordination experience
Customer or donor relationship stewardship experience
Highly developed communication skills
High attention to details and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills
