Diagnosed with hearing loss as a teenager, Natasha has first hand experience with hearing loss. In 2018, after 15 years working in senior executive positions in Melbourne, Natasha brings her wealth of experience to NFDHH.
Leah has a background in working and volunteering for not-for-profits. She has a huge passion for helping people. Leah manages NFDHH's grant applications. She secures funding for our vital programmes, upcoming community events and projects.
Donor Relations Manager
Lisa loves talking and people so who better than to look after all of our wonderful supporters. She is also the lady to talk to about leaving the Foundation a gift in your will. Lisa also manages our donor relations team.
Shirley is NFDHH's well organised HR Administrator with broad HR and recruitment experience gained with a range of aviation, construction and infrastructure industry leaders. She proactively builds strong relationships in our workplace and wider community.
Fernanda has a background in animation and multimedia. Perfect for our Comms Team, Fernanda delivers high quality design work on all her projects.
Nicole proficiently delivers NFDHH's digital and print design projects, enhancing community experience and connection through her designs.
Community & Corporate Partnerships Manager
Linda has worked in the not-for-profit and corporate sector for over 10 years.
She has a well-rounded experience in fundraising, business development and event management. Linda is responsible for building and nurturing all NFDHH corporate, school, youth and broader community relationships.
Community Partnership Administrator
Agnes liaises with the Youth Advisory Group, Schools and Business Organisations to ensure that Deaf and hard of hearing youths are supported and empowered to navigate their journey from school into employment.
Mahalia is passionate about raising money for those who may have experienced social isolation and other difficulties resulting from imbalances in society. With a master’s degree in International Development, Mahalia ensures that we have funding for our vital programmes, events and projects in her role as a Grants Executive.

Hellen manages NFDHH's communication and digital activities. She worked for many organisations leading key design and communication projects.
Communications & Content Executive
Hannah has a background in social media marketing, photography and writing copy for not-for-profits. She manages NFDHH's social media channels, and is a writer for our blog, eDM’s and Hearing Matters.
Penny is first contact and support for the team, being hearing impaired herself she understands firsthand the impact of living and working with hearing loss. Her experience varies from Administration to Sales & Customer Service.
