The Hearing Accredited Workplace Programme aims to break down barriers and change attitudes towards hearing loss in the workplace to help ensure employees who are Deaf or hard of hearing are appropriately supported and can perform to their fullest potential.
A lack of recognition for hearing loss in the workplace can have a significant impact on productivity and wellbeing as well as health and safety. It can also impact how well employers are able to attract, recruit and retain the best talent that is out there.
