Now, more than ever, we need to reach out
and say #ImHearForYou.
Isolation is a serious issue that has far-reaching impacts on health and wellbeing. Unfortunately, it is an all too common experience for New Zealanders who live in a hearing world with hearing loss.
The good news is you can help. Together, we can tackle 'the epidemic of isolation' faced by the Deaf and hard of hearing. Now is the time to reach out and say I'm hear for you.
Hearing Aid Fund
The Hearing Aid Fund has been created to assist New Zealanders with hearing loss who are facing financial hardship to purchase new hearing aids.
Make a difference by donating today. Your gift will be helping those struggling to afford new hearing aids to be able to finally access them.

What We Do
Are You Up for the Challenge?
Hearing loss can significantly impact someone’s life 24/7. This September, in support of New Zealand Sign Language week, we’re inviting you to walk in the shoes of someone with hearing loss for 30 minutes.
Hearing Screening Programme
Kiwi kids are losing their hearing. Levels of youth hearing loss have skyrocketed over the last decade. To combat this, NFDHH is providing free hearing screenings at selected Secondary Schools across New Zealand.
Hearing Accredited Workplaces
11% of working New Zealanders have a hearing loss. The Hearing Accredited Workplace Programme will help your organisation to align your disability & inclusion strategy.
