About the Role

We are looking for an office administrator extraordinaire, someone who can easily negotiate MS Office, especially Excel, and is happy to provide administration support the busy NFDHH team. 


This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. You will be a person who can build relationships with empathy while also thriving on providing administration support to the wider NFDHH team. You will be a friendly individual who is always willing to help. Multitasking the day's activities can make things busy at times, so you will come with a proven track record of doing this well. You will need to be self-motivated, be technologically savvy (especially in excel), energetic, highly organised, able to think on your feet and be someone who is proactive at problem-solving


Our offices are located in Parnell, where you will join a friendly and passionate team. We pride ourselves on work-life balance, so there is the option to work from home 1 or 2 days per week once you are trained and comfortable within the role.  


To succeed in this role, you: 

  • Ideally, have at least 2+year office administration experience

  • CMS database experience (advantageous

  • Able to cope under pressure and multitask

  • Are able to play a part in a small but highly flexible team  

  • Ability to work well within a team environment and autonomously

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Great people skills with a warm, can-do, and positive attitude

  • Strong work ethic with high attention to detail

  • Technically savvy, including able to use Word, PowerPoint and particularly strong in Excel

  • Are resilient, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask


Applicants will be required to provide their COVID-19 vaccination status, proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand and hold a Full Class 1 NZ Driver's Licence.
