If this form is not returned as requested, any future grants may be declined, and you may be required to pay back funding provided by the NFD Trust.
It is an accountability requirement that you provide a detailed account of the use of the funds, either when the Grant is spent or within 6 months of receiving the Grant, whichever comes first. The accountability report must include a statement confirming the use of the funds in accordance with your approved application and include all supporting receipts and invoices.
Failure to provide detailed receipts and invoices could result in the requirement to pay back the funds (in full) and also impact future funding.
