The National Foundation for the Deaf is a non-profit, non-government organisation. Our work is funded by the generosity of the New Zealand public, through donations and bequests.
There are an estimated 450,000 New Zealanders affected by deafness or hearing impairment. This makes it the largest disability group in the country.
We invite you to support us through one of the following options. (A tax deductible receipt will be issued for all donations.)
Help us ensure that a Safe Sound Indicator is available to every early childhood centre in New Zealand. Find out more or Download the donation form

Call our Freephone 0800 867 446 to donate an amount of your choice. Please have your credit card details ready.
Please include your name and address so that we can send your receipt.
Bequests are an important part of the NFD's income. No matter how large or small, bequest income is invested prudently to ensure the long term future of our work.
If you have already made provision in your Will, please let us know, as we would like to thank you.
